Upon receipt of the completed broker package, MCF Wholesale will process your broker application within 24 hours.
It depends on the details such as loan amount, interest rate and type of loan. Income-driven loans must pass state and federal compliance tests. All loans, including business purpose loans, must stay under 5% fees to the borrower. Contact your MCF AE for an exact number you’d be able to make on your scenario.
We will work as fast as needed to close your loan and meet quickly approaching deadlines. Providing your MCF Account Manager with all requested conditions within 5 days is recommended to give the best possible turn times.
Of course! We strive to close all loans, even those that do not strictly meet guidelines. Ask your MCF AE about the exception process and possible rate adjustments.
